Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your visit within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior your visit you will owe up to 50% of the service. This also applies if you request to change the service you reserved, if you book for a service and decide to forfeit part of the service you will still be charged the full amount you booked for.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file and will not be welcomed back.
Service Adjustments & Retail Policy
I strive to offer my guest the highest level of excellence & satisfaction. If you are experiencing challenges with your style or color please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with I will allow you to swap out the product for another product. If the swap out is a higher priced item the guest is responsible to make up the difference. The product must have at least 95% of product remaining and only used up to two times. I cannot issue refunds on opened/used products.
